Bihar School Examination Board (BSEB) conducts Secondary and Higher Secondary School Examination every year in Bihar. This year the Bihar Board conducted Class 10 Examination in the month of February i.e. from 21 Feb to 29 Feb 2018. The examination was conducted in two sessions. The first session was conducted from 9:20 AM to 12:45 PM and the second session was scheduled from 2 PM to 5.15 PM. The examination was started on 21 February with English followed by Social Science, Science, Mathematics and others. The Bihar Board Class 10 examination was held across 1,426 centers this year and more than 17 lakh students participated in the 10th Bihar board exam. As the results will be announced soon, students are advised to be ready with the required documents to check their results.

As per the reports confirmed by Bihar Board officials the declaration of BSEB 10th Board exam results is scheduled to be on June 20th, 2018. The evaluation for answer sheets for Bihar board students has begun on March 5th according to media reports.

In such situations, students are asked to wait patiently without any fear until the problems are resolved. Also, the results are sent through SMS to students who have already registered. So students may get their results in their registered mobile number also. Students will get the complete marks details in their mobile inbox just after the result declaration by the board of education. About the Bihar Board
BSEB or BIHAR SCHOOL EXAMINATION BOARD came into existence in the year 1952. Its headquarters is situated in the capital city Patna of the state Bihar. The Bihar School Examination Board BSEB conducts annual exams for 10th students and Intermediate exams for 12th students every year. Along with school examinations, the Bihar board also conducts various exams such as Certificate in Physical Education, Teachers Training Test (TET), Diploma in Physical Education, etc. The board aims at providing good quality of education to enhance its students with utmost knowledge and skills.
Bihar Board 10th results Previous Year Statistics

The Bihar Board 10th result was announced on 22nd June in 2017. Last year 17, 23,911 students appeared for the 10th board exam in Bihar. Out this large number 50.12% students cleared the 10th board exam successfully. This means 8, 63,950 students cleared the exam and the rest about 8.61 lakh students failed. According to reports, 13.91% students secured first division, 26.88% second division and 9.32% third division. In 2017, the pass percentage of boys was more than girls. The trend of girls scoring higher than boys were interchanged with a pass percentage of girls being 40% and the pass percentage of boys being 49.6%. The overall result showed a marginal improvement of 3% over the year 2016.
It is observed that the overall pass percentage of the students has been increasing year by year and this year the BSEB is expecting an increase in the overall performance of the students.

Students should get the minimum 33 marks in all the subjects to pass in the BSEB 10th board Examination. Students who have not passed in the Examination can write the Supplementary Exam conducted in the month of September/October. Students who passed the exam can go to the Higher Education.
How to Check BSEB 10TH result
After the declaration of the results by the Bihar School Examination Board, students can easily get their10th board exam results by following these steps:
- Go to the official website www.biharboard.ac.in
- The homepage of the website will be displayed.
- Enter required details such as roll number, DOB, etc in the appropriate tab.
- Click on the ‘submit’ button.
- The Bihar Board 10th results will be displayed on the screen
- Check your results carefully.
- Download a pdf copy of the result.
- Take a printout of the results for future reference.
The downloaded pdf or screen sheets will be used as a provisional result until official scorecards are issued by the BSEB. However, the provisional BSEB Result 2018 copy is only valid until the original mark sheets are issued by the board. The original mark sheets will be issued later. Therefore, students are advised to collect their BSEB Board 10th Result 2018 mark sheets from their respective schools later.
10th Result via SMS
Students can also check their Bihar Board 10th Result 2018 by using their smartphones or normal phone as well. To check result of Bihar board, class 10 students have to send roll number & roll code as a text to the provided number in an appropriate format. Upon sending the text, students will be able to get his/her result to the number through which the SMS was sent.
