Today 1 February 2023 Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) has announced the dates for registration for the UPSC CSE Prelims 2023. The last date for registration is February 21, 2023. The exam will be held on May 28, 2023. This is a highly competitive examination, which is conducted annually to select eligible candidates for the Indian Administrative Service (IAS), Indian Foreign Service (IFS), and other central services.
Candidates who aspire to become an IAS or IFS officer, or join any other central services, are required to appear for this examination. The Prelims is the first stage of the three-stage examination process, followed by the Mains and Personality Test.
UPSC CSE Notification 2023
Interested candidates can apply online from 1 February, 2023, to 21 February, 2023, on the official website of UPSC upsc.gov.in. The application process will be completely online and candidates are required to pay the application fee through debit/credit card or net banking.

UPSC CSE 2023: Eligibility Criteria
UPSC has also released the eligibility criteria for the examination. The minimum age limit is 21 years and the maximum age limit is 32 years. The number of attempts allowed varies based on the category of the candidate.
